Administrator AVOR & CAMO

What we are looking for

We are looking for an organized and adaptable Administrator to support our AVOR & CAMO team at Zimex Base Maintenance in Altenrhein. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and at least 1-2 years of aviation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. A keen attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Your main tasks

Preparing detailed work packages and inspection documents for base maintenance
Managing inventory and ordering materials based on scheduled work
Reviewing ADs/SBs and integrating them into work packages where required
Ensuring availability and correct revision of technical documentation (e.g. manuals, SBs, SLs, IPCs)
Monitoring maintenance progress and calculating cost of sales
Verifying job card completion and finalising work reports and packages
Updating aircraft status lists and LTB data (hours/cycles, master data)
Creating invoices based on quotations, orders, and reports
Filing and archiving completed documentation
Coordinating with customers during maintenance projects, including:
- Preparing quotations and handling additional findings
- Providing project updates and generating reports/statistics
- Supporting warranty claims with manufacturers
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager

Your qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in aviation
Professional experience in CAMO and/or AVOR a plus
Versatile role requiring a broad skill set and adaptability
Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability
Strong team player with excellent integration and collaboration skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Eagerness to learn and continuously develop expertise in the field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general PC applications
Proficient in both German and English, with language skills at least at B2 level

Wir suchen eine organisierte und anpassungsfähige Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung unseres AVOR- & CAMO-Teams bei der Zimex Base Maintenance in Altenrhein. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ausgeprägte administrative Fähigkeiten, mindestens 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise. Ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail, Zuverlässigkeit und die Bereitschaft zu lernen sind entscheidend für den Erfolg in dieser Rolle.

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellung detaillierter Arbeitsaufträge und Inspektionsunterlagen für die Base Maintenance
Verwaltung des Lagerbestands und Materialbestellungen basierend auf geplanten Arbeiten
Überprüfung von ADs/SBs und Integration in Arbeitsaufträge, wenn erforderlich
Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und korrekten Revision technischer Dokumentation (z. B. Handbücher, SBs, SLs, IPCs)
Überwachung des Wartungsfortschritts und Berechnung der Herstellungskosten
Überprüfung der Jobkarten und Abschluss von Arbeitsberichten und -paketen
Aktualisierung von Flugzeugstatuslisten und LTB-Daten (Stunden/Zyklen, Stammdaten)
Ablage und Archivierung abgeschlossener Dokumentation
Koordination mit Kunden während Wartungsprojekten, einschließlich:
- Erstellung von Offerten und Bearbeitung zusätzlicher Feststellungen
- Projektupdates und Erstellung von Berichten/Statistiken
- Unterstützung bei Garantieansprüchen gegenüber Herstellern
Ausführung weiterer Aufgaben nach Anweisung des Technical Managers

Dein Profil

Mindestens 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt
Berufserfahrung in CAMO und/oder AVOR von Vorteil
Vielseitige Rolle mit breitem Anforderungsspektrum und Anpassungsfähigkeit
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit
Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Integrations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
Proaktive Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen
Lernbereitschaft und Wunsch zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und allgemeinen PC-Anwendungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
