What we are looking for

We are looking for an organised and adaptable Technical Administrator to support our AVOR & CAMO team at Zimex Base Maintenance in Altenrhein. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and aviation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. A keen attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Your main tasks

Preparing detailed work packages and inspection documents for base maintenance
Managing inventory and ordering materials based on scheduled work
Reviewing ADs/SBs and integrating them into work packages where required
Ensuring availability and correct revision of technical documentation (e.g. manuals, SBs, SLs, IPCs)
Monitoring maintenance progress and calculating cost of sales
Verifying job card completion and finalising work reports and packages
Updating aircraft status lists and LTB data (hours/cycles, master data)
Creating invoices based on quotations, orders, and reports
Filing and archiving completed documentation
Coordinating with customers during maintenance projects, including:
- Preparing quotations and handling additional findings
- Providing project updates and generating reports/statistics
- Supporting warranty claims with manufacturers
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager

Your qualifications

Professional experience in CAMO and/or AVOR preferred
Versatile role requiring a broad skill set and adaptability
Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability
Strong team player with excellent integration and collaboration skills
Commercially-minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary
Eagerness to learn and continuously develop expertise in the field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general PC applications
Proficient in both German and English, with language skills at least at B2 level

General Information

The workplace is located in our Maintenance Facility at Rheinholzweg 14, 9423 Altenrhein.

Please note: This position requires full-time presence in the office; remote work or home office options are not available.

Wir suchen eine organisierte und anpassungsfähige Fachkraft als Technical Administrator zur Unterstützung unseres AVOR- und CAMO-Teams bei Zimex Base Maintenance in Altenrhein. Die ideale Person verfügt über fundierte administrative und luftfahrtspezifische Kenntnisse, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise. Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft sind entscheidend für den Erfolg in dieser Rolle.

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellung detaillierter Arbeitsaufträge und Inspektionsdokumente für die Base Maintenance
Verwaltung des Lagerbestands und Bestellung von Materialien basierend auf dem geplanten Arbeitsumfang
Überprüfung von ADs (Airworthiness Directives) und SBs (Service Bulletins) sowie Integration in Arbeitsaufträge, sofern erforderlich
Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und korrekten Revision technischer Dokumentation (z. B. Handbücher, SBs, SLs, IPCs)
Überwachung des Wartungsfortschritts und Berechnung der Herstellungskosten
Überprüfung der vollständigen Ausführung der Job Cards und Abschluss von Arbeitsberichten und -paketen
Aktualisierung von Aircraft Status Lists und LTB-Daten (Flugstunden/Zyklen, Stammdaten)
Erstellung von Rechnungen basierend auf Offerten, Bestellungen und Berichten
Ablage und Archivierung abgeschlossener Dokumentation
Koordination mit Kunden während Wartungsprojekten, einschliesslich:
- Erstellung von Offerten und Bearbeitung zusätzlicher Feststellungen
- Bereitstellung von Projektupdates sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken
- Unterstützung bei Garantieansprüchen gegenüber Herstellern
Ausführung weiterer Aufgaben gemäss Anweisung des Technical Managers

Dein Profil

Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in CAMO und/oder AVOR
Vielseitige Rolle, die ein breites Kompetenzspektrum und Anpassungsfähigkeit erfordert
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit
Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie sehr gute Integrations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
Kaufmännisches Denken und proaktive Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen
Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Reisetätigkeit bei Bedarf
Lernbereitschaft und kontinuierliche fachliche Weiterentwicklung
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und allgemeinen PC-Anwendungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, mindestens auf B2-Niveau

Wichtig: Für diese Position ist eine Vollzeit-Präsenz im Büro erforderlich. Remote-Arbeit oder Homeoffice sind leider nicht möglich.
